In the event of any unexpected illness, injury, accident involving anyone insured under this policy where the anticipated costs are likely to exceed €335 or result in hospitalisation You must notify AXA Assistance. They will direct You to an appropriate medical facility and may be able to guarantee costs on Your behalf.

IMPORTANT: You must retain receipts for medical and additional costs incurred.

If you are unfortunate enough to have to make a claim then we will do all we can to help you through the process. To ensure your claims is handled swiftly and efficiently it is important that you follow the Mailing a Claim information laid out in the Policy Schedule.

If you need to make a claim please obtain a claim form no later than 31 days after the event by phoning the Claims Helpline on 0818 946910

• Reference Number WHIL/TIA(Euro)/06/2009
• Brief circumstances
• Travel dates
• Incident date

Condition: Failure to have the above information to hand may result in Your claim being delayed.
