In the event of any unexpected illness, injury, accident involving anyone insured under this policy where the anticipated costs are likely to exceed €335 or result in hospitalisation You must notify AXA Assistance. They will direct You to an appropriate medical facility and may be able to guarantee costs on Your behalf.
